Is being called a hot more of a sexual term?

I like this girl and she admits that I'm hot but we have been close friends for years but I don't know what type of feelings she has of me. She doesn't really believe in love and usually when she thinks a guy is hot or sexy she ends up ******* them but she sometimes tells me she likes the person. I don't mind having sex with her but I want to be more of a relationship type and she knows I like her but she never says how she feels about me. There are times where she flirts with me but I don't know if she likes me or I'm just some type of eye candy to her. She thinks I'm also a sweet and a nice guy
