Do you think Howard is having a dissapointing year?

The Phillies are paying Howard $125 million for 5 years and this year, I think that he is haing a down year. He had 31 homers, 106 RBIs, .278 average, .511 slugging, and .353 on base percentage. Those are good numbers for most players but this year, he is getting pay too much to only have averaged stats for Ryan Howard. I think next year, he will have numbers like from 2006-2009.
