Fantasy trade analysis? Big stars included?

I traded Ben Zobrist and Nelson Cruz for Miguel Cabrera. I thought it was a fair deal, but am I giving up too much? I have a surplus of outfielders and it'd be good to get an extra roster spot. Also I'm desperate for RBIs and HRs.
